Quicken has had all my documents for a month now, sold my house 3 states away and was supposed to close on my house 9n the 23rd. They dropped the ball on that and now I am stuck spending Christmas in a hotel with my wife, 2 small children, and 2 dogs. DO NOT EVER USE QUICKEN
