I had a terrible experience with Link Federal Credit Union. The customer service was extremely unprofessional, and they didn't seem to value their customers. Their website is outdated and not user-friendly, making it a hassle to perform basic transactions. I would not recommend Link Federal Credit Union to anyone in need of reliable banking services.
