Good location but hugely overpriced, like most Boston hotels. If you can get a high room the views are quite good at the moment - although by next year they will be completely blocked by construction. A twin room was so small there was barely room to swing the proverbial. Only one comfortable and slightly grubby chair in a twin room. Clean but certainly not spotless - clearly the vacuums do not extend under the beds. Reception area bland and uninviting and despite the fact that we had pre-booked months in advance, when we got there there was no room available and we were offered one instead with a regular bed and a pull-out bed - for 6 nights? at those prices? I don't think so!!! An overwhelmingly mediocre experience.
