I had an average experience with Finitex. The website was easy to navigate and find information about their products. However, I found that their customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I think Finitex is a decent company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
