Just like everyone else posting I can't connect wi...

Just like everyone else posting I can't connect with a real person, I've emailed, sent requests on the site and no response. I filed on 12/28/17 and haven't heard a peep. The anxiety I'm feeling not being able to provide for my family is so overwhelming. I've worked in the healthcare field for 28 years helping people and now I need help! Does anyone know if going to the unemployment job center will help the process?
