SWZ seems to be the solution for people who want to rent for little. You pay service costs, but you don't have to expect service. When you move house, you are expected to leave the house in new condition, even though the initial position was a complete disaster. This way, they can catch an additional month of rent from you. Upon inquiry this seems to happen very often: you leave the house tidy, but you get a final bill for the craziest things, outlets that have not been renewed, a garden that is not neat enough, dust on the counter, lime in the seams of the bathroom, things that were not present when you moved in, etc. A bit of a shame about such a large company that many depend on.
