I have been using Hancock software for a while now...

I have been using Hancock software for a while now and I must say it has been an average experience. The user interface is not very intuitive and there are some minor bugs here and there. However, the customer support is quite responsive and they always try their best to help. I hope they can improve the overall performance of the software.
