This was the worst experience of my life. I rate this hospital being the worst in America. There's no compassion. Everyone is a number. I went in with 2 fractured ribs. I was treated like I had a slight sprain. I was made to wait for 3 hours in first waiting room, then another hour in second waiting room. (No they weren't busy). Then finally im told i don't have any fractures they can see on their Xray. They offered me no pain killers, not even an ibuprofen. Was told they don't offer narcotics because Colorado Springs has a high drug rate. Disgusting. I went to my doctor, and Yes I have 2 fractured ribs. Ill never step foot in this place again, I'd rather go to a black market underground doctor in Mexico.
