Title Companies and lenders beware!! The only reason they have one star, is because I couldn't put zero. Dishonest, severe lack of support and knowledge of signings. I tried them for a Saturday to close on 5 refinances... ALL 5 appointments had a problem. A notary was over an hour and a half late to one - to which they ONLY contacted the borrower AFTER I called them to tell them the notary never showed up EVERY appointment, whether it was a billing error, notary not showing up for a scheduled appointment, notaries NOT completing packages, and we had a notary hold onto original documents It was a nightmare.
