I have been working with INGOSSA for several years...

I have been working with INGOSSA for several years now and I must say the experience has been average. The organization has good intentions but lacks proper execution in many aspects. The staff is generally knowledgeable but there is a lack of coordination and communication within the team. The work environment is decent, although there is room for improvement. Overall, I would rate them as average.
