Tips (the interlocal purchasing system) is an average company. Their services are decent, but nothing extraordinary. I have used their platform for a few months now and it has been a relatively smooth experience. The website is easy to navigate, and the purchasing process is straightforward. However, there have been a few instances where I encountered technical glitches which were a bit frustrating. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
