Once you are in the house very little help is given. They will tell you an items in the post or somebody will be attending the property to make a repair. they lied all the time regarding timescales. We were left without hot water on many occasions. Probably something to do with the fact that the boiler wasn't serviced correctly for over a year. We then had to fight to get any of our deposit back. Completely unreasonable given the service.
