I had a mixed experience with A-1 Movers. The team arrived on time and worked efficiently, but there were a few instances where my belongings were mishandled. Some of my fragile items ended up with minor damages. However, the customer service was responsive and they compensated me for the damages. While it wasn't a perfect experience, I appreciate their efforts to resolve the issue. Overall, I would rate them as average.
