We had the utter misfortune to have the seller selling us their property represented by Natalie, last year. She was so unprofessional and rude to our Solicitor and uncooperative on all basic processes. The final straw was that she arrived to the meeting on settlement day ill-prepared without the original documentation costing us to delay settlement for 3 more days and losing us money on removal van etc as we could no longer move as planned. I would never go with this company as they were the ones who employed such an inexperienced lawyer on their team representing them.
