As a customer, I have had an average experience with the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development. The services provided by them are satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. The staff members are generally helpful, although sometimes it can take a while to get a response to inquiries. Overall, their website is user-friendly and provides useful information. However, it would be great if they could offer more resources and support for job seekers. I appreciate their efforts in assisting the community, but there is still room for growth.
