It's amazing. They have no issues and no hiccups pulling money out of your check, but when you try to file a claim all of a sudden they are the most inept group of paste eaters you've ever talked to. First, their phone line is open from 8am - noon? Who does that? Second, even after filing to have bi-weekly validations through the mail, my wife's claim was closed after one week and we never recieved any paperwork or notice that anything was wrong.
Like just about every other state run agency, these people would be fired if they worked anywhere else.
Which might be a good thing, then they could experience how rediculously stupid their department is to deal with.
