I recently used a management company for an event and decided to go with Bashment Management. The experience was decent overall. The website was easy to navigate and provided adequate information about their services. The staff was friendly and responsive, albeit a bit average in terms of professionalism. They communicated effectively, but I felt that there could have been more attention to detail. The pricing was reasonable and in line with industry standards. However, there were some small hiccups during the event planning process, causing minor inconveniences. The execution of the event itself was satisfactory, but there were a few areas where improvements could have been made. While my overall experience with Bashment Management was not exceptional, it was certainly not terrible either. They have room for growth and refinement to enhance their services and offer a truly top-notch experience.
