I recently switched my accounts to another credit union after being disappointed with Summit Credit Union. While their customer service was satisfactory, I found their online banking platform to be outdated and clunky. Additionally, their rates were not as competitive as other institutions I considered. Overall, I was underwhelmed with my experience at Summit Credit Union and would not recommend them to others.
