I recently had the opportunity to work with Mayer's Electric Co., Inc. for some electrical work in my home. The technicians were professional and courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. However, I found the communication and follow-up to be lacking. The company's website was informative, but I struggled to find specific details about the services offered. I appreciated the work done, but I believe there is room for improvement in customer engagement and transparency. I would consider using their services again but hope to see more attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Overall, the experience was average. 🙂
