I recently used the services of this company and found the experience to be passable. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, the customer service could use some improvement. 😐 The personnel seemed a bit disorganized and it took a longer time to get a response. On the plus side, the technicians were knowledgeable and were able to fix the issue efficiently. Overall, the experience was average, and I hope that the customer service aspect can be enhanced for a better overall experience in the future. 🚛
