I had a mixed experience with Polti north america. The customer service was average at best. The company website, polti-usa.com, was easy to navigate, but the communication with the customer support team was lacking. They took a long time to respond to my queries and didn't provide satisfactory solutions. However, the product I purchased was of good quality and met my expectations. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
