This Branch of city bank should concentrate to their employees ethics on how to treat with outside visitors Specially the employee Name "Ali Hassan" in it dept working in this branch is very rude and unethical person today I am go there for some work regarding their advertisement in the news paper he did not know that the loud speaker is on nearby security guard he literally shouted on the phone and he did not know that I am listening all foolish things what he said on the phone.
