I switched to Bancfirst after having some negative experiences with my previous bank, and I'm so glad I did. The customer service at Bancfirst is outstanding, and their online banking system is one of the best I've ever used. I also love the fact that they don't charge excessive fees like some other banks. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my decision to bank with Bancfirst.
