I wish I can give this place a zero. I've had to wait at least two hours before being seen for every appointment. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. They bill for everything possible even if they don't really see you for it. I'm calling my insurance company to complain about this insurance fraud. The nurse practioner Yelena is absolutely rude and spent about a minute and a half in the room with me for a physical before running out and forgetting half of the things I was there for. Currently I am at the office waiting on my physical form to be filled out - I gave it to them five days ago and told them multiple times it was due today and I have been waiting for the past hour and no luck. Do yourself a favor and Find yourself a doctor who cares because this office does not.
