I had a recent experience with an online retailer, and I must say it was quite mediocre. The website was a bit confusing to navigate, and the product selection was limited compared to other sites. The customer service was average, nothing exceptional. The delivery took longer than expected, and the packaging could have been better. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to others.
