I would have to say honestly Lars price my boat to...

I would have to say honestly Lars price my boat too high on the original listing. Of course the Broker wants to boost commision on a really hot boat but he over priced the boat so it sat for 3+ months. His listing Broker did a fantastic job showing the boat but Lars recommend listing price scared people off. I had to tell him to lower price to Market and get real because he sales guy was getting worked over and there were no offers.
We did get the boat sold after I had to tell him what to put in my pocket and just get it done.
