Overall, my experience with Dale Stein Associates Odp was average. The customer service was decent, but nothing particularly outstanding. The prices were competitive, but I didn't find anything that stood out as exceptional. The product selection was decent, but again, nothing special. I would consider using them again if I couldn't find what I needed elsewhere, but they wouldn't be my first choice.
