My experience with this diamond company was average. The diamond I bought is of decent quality, but I was expecting more for the price I paid. The customer service was satisfactory, but I felt that the staff could have been more knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I probably wouldn't purchase from this company again.
