Worst experience I've ever had with a service department. Took a chain saw there to have repaired, was told it would take a "couple days". No big deal, I didn't plan on cutting anything for about two months anyways. Over a month later, my chainsaw had not been worked on, the store was consistently closed during business hours, and noone would ever call back. Most unprofessional business I've ever taken a product to. DO NOT USE!!
