I've been attending Kauffer Pilates for several months now, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The instructors are skilled, encouraging, and attentive. They always provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate different fitness levels and any specific concerns or limitations. The studio is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The variety of classes and the welcoming atmosphere make it a great place to practice Pilates. Highly recommended!
