When you have to rent a house or the walls of a shop, there are many questions to ask yourself: will you be able to find the tenant? And will it be reliable? And how is the contract drawn up? And the registration and ... the taxman and all the rest? A "cloud" of problems with an apparent "very difficult" solution.
Finding ourselves in this situation, we turned, almost by chance, to the Italia Immobiliare agency.
In the figures of the owner and his collaborators we have found friends, who with their professionalism and experience, have taken on all the problems and have solved them at best, making the management of the rent "turnkey" which seemed very complicated to us .
