I had ordered 3 sets of props when I received an email saying that they were not in stock. However, there were identical props in packs of 4 that were in stock. William promptly replied and sent on 3 packs of 4 for the same price and threw in a few extra on top of that. If that's not outstanding customer service, I dont know what is!
