I would be glad to rate zero stars if possible. Just like Jason, I refinanced my home to find out the loan was quickly picked up by Loan Care. For over two months, I have been working to correct a mistake with my escrow account created by Loan Care. They ignored the insurance that was included in my escrow payment, issued me a refund with little explanation, and have now raised my monthly payments to nearly what they were before my refinance just 9 months ago. They created a shortage in my escrow account and now require I pay to fix their mistake without any recourse on their behalf. I have spoken with and left messages with no less than 4 separate "supervisors" and no help. Don't sit around waiting for a call from anybody. Only once in the last 2 months has anybody returned a phone call they committed to. They let my home insurance lapse, even after I submitted all the information (which they should've already had from my loan closing disclosure), and I had to pay it out of pocket on the way on our summer vacation.
This company only wants to make problems just eventually go away by ignoring your concerns. I will now just file a claim with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. It is clear Loan Care operates with impunity, and they know there is nothing a consumer can do about it.
