Been here twice. Doubt we will come a 3rd time. Always an issue here. Our room or restaurant booking hadn't been upgraded, staff on reception couldnt have cared less. I needed to call a Doctor for my partner but they didn't have a clue so I took him in a cab to a walk in centre to be told he needs a hospital. Lifts rarely all work. Turkey & Tinsel entertainment was appalling..
