I enrolled for Big Data Hadoop course with Edureka...

I enrolled for Big Data Hadoop course with Edureka after doing extensive research in NCR-Delhi region about various institutes providing that training. Initially I was not sure about the effectiveness of on-line live training then I watched few videos of demo classes and compared them with demo classes of class room trainings. Later I decided to enrol for the course with Edureka and I believe I took the right decision. The major positives that I realise are:

Highly experienced and quality instructors: Initially after joining in one batch I decided to change my batch to another instructor based on review comments and going through the video of demo class. I along with my other friends really appreciated the method of teaching and how concepts were made so easy to understand by the second instructor.
2. Flexibility to switch from one batch to another: This gives a lot of control in selecting the best instructor from the lot as style of teaching varies from person to person. We did that once as explained the very first point.
3. Avoid unnecessary travel for class room training: It was an added advantage and we saved lots of time on travel and utilized the same for the practice.
4. Excellent 24x7 Support: This is very important as we were learning a completely new technology and teething problems were expected initially. I must say that Edureka have world class support with technical experts available round the clock. They helped me troubleshoot all the issues encountered during hands-on and answered our queries. Customer feedback/rating on every support ticket is really great. They take average or poor ratings very seriously and respond with highest priority.
5. LMS: The life time access to study materials is something which comes very handy if you want to watch the video again just to clarify any doubt or if you have missed any class for whatsoever reasons. One of my friends had planned his travel long back, he also fell sick during the course of training; but the best part is he had access to all the class videos which he watched later and didn t miss anything. This is something not possible with class room training.
6. Different batches to choose from: One can easily choose the batch according to his own convenience like weekend batch or Mon-Fri batch.
These are some of the points which differentiate Edureka from rest of the lot and I must say that I am highly satisfied with my decision to join them. I recommend it for others too.
