CUSTOMER: I had an average experience with the services provided by TURAS. The website was user-friendly, and I was able to find the product I needed easily. However, the service itself was not outstanding. The customer service representatives were polite but not very helpful. They didn't go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
