I recently purchased a barcode scanner from E D P System Services INC. I was initially impressed with the quality and performance of the scanner. It does exactly what I need it to do and the scanning speed is very fast. The setup process was also quick and easy. However, after a few weeks of using the scanner, it started to malfunction. I contacted the company's customer support and they were able to provide me with a replacement scanner within a few days. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and the customer service provided by E D P System Services INC.
