I have mixed feelings about Breaking Laces LLC. On one hand, their products are of good quality and the website is easy to navigate. On the other hand, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, their answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say Breaking Laces LLC is an average company.
