Bmw of Crystal Lake is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. The customer service is outstanding and they really take care of their customers. I recently purchased a BMW from them and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. The car itself is incredible and I am enjoying every minute of driving it.
