I had a mixed experience with Cla-Air, INC. While their products are of good quality, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had an issue with one of my orders, and it took a while to get a satisfactory resolution. However, once the issue was escalated, the problem was resolved quickly. Overall, I think Cla-Air, INC has room for improvement in terms of customer service.
