I was abused by the patients here and staff did nothing to intervene or protect me. My belongings were stolen from lockup by patients and staff covered it up. Not even patient advocate helped. Lastly, there was a large breach of confidential information of many of the patients, including myself where all medical information (medications, diagnosis, doctors, address, social security numbers and more) were given to the wrong patients upon discharge. All patient information are now being circulated around Baltimore. This is a massive violation if the HIPPA Act and Sheppard Pratt is desperately trying to cover it up. As with everything else, I've noticed they do not own up to their wrong doings - none of them (staff, supervisors and patient advocate). Many people in an authoritive roll threaten, mock and ridicule patients. This place should be shutdown as it does more harm than good. Shame.
