I had an average experience with Dave Schwartz Construction. While they did complete the project on time, the quality of their work was not up to par. I found several issues that needed to be fixed and had to call them back multiple times. They did eventually address the problems, but it was a hassle. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your construction needs.
