Went to Emergency at 8pm, check me in, took vitals...

Went to Emergency at 8pm, check me in, took vitals, asked me my problem, six fractured ribs and collarbone fractures, sent here by physician after viewing x-ray taken at 11 am , said had rib that can puncture lung, after two hours I have 1015 pm another x-ray, now it's 1230 am and still in waiting room with patients that's been here two hrs before I got here, approximately 6 patients waiting.
