Scandalous January purchase ... 3 weeks after the purchase of my television an impact appeared on the screen ... I contacted darty (purchase store) the technician without moving m 'indicates that the guarantee will not work ... So I sent a registered letter to customer service with photos but no response to date ... If that's how they keep their customers loyal, I'm not ready to recommend the brand however my purchase was linked to the brand
My TV is under warranty but unfortunately the
guarantee is useless therefore very disappointed because not even a return
