I have been renting my property through Banks Property Management for the past few years and I must say they are doing an average job. They handle the tenant screening, rent collection, and property maintenance quite efficiently. However, their communication could be improved as sometimes it takes a while for them to respond to my queries. Overall, I would rate them as average.
