worse thing that EVER happened to patients!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are rude, and WILL NOT let you speak to supervisors or to find out what they want the doctor's office to send. I want to know why they keep stating they need more information when for 2 months my doctors office has faxed EVERYTHING there is to fax.
