This is a brokerage that has a practicing broker as its leader, with an higher than average agent turnover than competitors. Furthermore, after the years of hanging my licenses with this brokerage, I ve seen no value added to his older and current agents. When I first joined I was seeing high producing agents leave frequently and I seen it as a sign of badly ran brokerage. I would question the agents who d leave this brokerage to see why did they leave and it was commonly stated that they did not like the treatment, favoritism, as well as the practices by the narcissistic tactics of the brokerage.

With all that being said, if you are a newer agent, I would not recommend hanging your licenses with this broker. It will not serve you no value. The practicing broker Rogers irrational ego gets in the way of teamwork. This brokerage uses outdated formal training materials from Keller Williams and act if it will create results. And another alarming thing, I never participated in, is the broker Rogers Healy would try and manipulate the current agents that he had under him to rate his company as The best place to work in the Dallas Morning news and Dallas Business Journal. He would get his office manager to send out frequent bully emails to agents to rate his brokerage all 5 stars in all categories. Honestly, most of the agents who is under his brokerage felt obligated to do it even if they did not agree.

And as a homebuyer, I would not recommend using this brokerage. From what I have seen, this brokerage treats prospects and clients based on their tax brackets and who is who. For example, if you are an professional sports player vs an average Joe. I seen professional sports players and celebrities get treated better than the average person, which I feel it should not be done that way. Everyone should be treated equal.

If you need further proof of my statement, I would be more than happy to provide supporting facts to the immoral practices that are done at this brokerage. I wrote this with all honesty and have no interest with any gain or malicious intentions.
