I had a mixed experience with Burned Out Survivors. Overall, it was just average. I visited their website, bosfund.org, and found it to be user-friendly, but lacked some important information. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I felt they could have been more proactive in addressing my concerns. The rate at which they responded to my inquiries was satisfactory. However, I was disappointed with the limited options they offered for support services. In summary, my experience with Burned Out Survivors was neither great nor terrible; it was simply average.
