I had a mixed experience with Shane's Pristine Powerwash. While the quality of their work was satisfactory, the customer service left much to be desired. The person I interacted with over the phone was rude and unhelpful. It's a shame because the power wash itself was done quite well. If they improve their customer service, they could be a top-notch company.
