I have paid my loan off. It has been months.

I have paid my loan off. It has been months.
Still cannot get a release of lien.
Been calling and calling .
Keep getting the runaround.
Still waiting.
Bet if I was new customer and needed a loan it go pretty fast.
Do not recommend this sorry company at this time.
